However if we talk about the armed forces of India they offer a wide array of professional skills enhancement , be it HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT , TIME MANAGEMENT , SITUATION REACTION, DECISION MAKING ABILITY , PRESENCE OF MIND , ANALYTICAL SKILLS , COURAGE, DETERMINATION , TASK ORIENTATION and so on. this becomes a real good platform for young boys and girls to learn the above mentioned skills in a very practical and professional manner . All in all we can say that this develops the professionals being task oriented people in real sense. We at J.B.INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (JBIT) take the responsibility to train our students at par with the requirements of the INDIAN ARMED FORCES as well. Hope many are going to take the further benefits from the PERSONALITY TRAINING program of the Institute.
