J.B. Institute of Technology got an award of 'Shikshavid Award ' which is felicitated by
a Newspaper with a great readership in the state of Uttarakhand "Amar Ujala ".
This is a great achievement in itself . If we break the word in Hindi " Shikshavid" it
becomes Shiksha + Vid . This means that The college provides Education + wisdom
because education without wisdom to use it would be useless or dangerous .
Therefore it is the endeavor of this institute to provide best education along with
best modules to make students better citizens of the world to live and make this
planet a better place to live in . Seeing all these qualities at deliverance in JBIT
this premier Newspaper conferred the award of Shikshavid to JBIT .
